I Choose Joy 

Joy flows out of a heart of gratitude. 

Happiness flows out of an attitude of entitlement. 

Joy defies our circumstances. 

Happiness pursues comfort. 

Joy is unconditional. 

Happiness is conditional. 

Joy flows out of surrender. 

Happiness seeks control. 

Joy is satisfied with simplicity. 

Happiness is obsessed with gluttony. 

Joy finds strength in brokenness. 

Happiness is on an unending quest for wholeness. 

Joy sees the big picture. 

Happiness hyper focuses on the immediate. 

Joy is received. 

Happiness is pursued. 

Joy is a choice. 

Happiness is an obsession.
